graymorr is a small business enterprise that was formed in february 2008 to assist organisations address their governance and service delivery concerns. graymorr’s strength derives from its strong project management skills, the skills of its senior staff and the experts that the company can draw upon. graymorr’s consultants have: 1. the capacity to develop a strategy for implementing programs (including piloting them) and developing and refining quality reporting documentation. 2. knowledge and experience in service delivery and governance reform projects. 3. familiarity with the requirements of government including an understanding of: a. community programs; b. quality assurance as it relates to government programs and service users; c. governance requirements in a public sector environment; d. the role of government and government departments; and e. stakeholder groups. 4. highly developed analytical, research and report writing skills. 5. a collaborative attitude to work and ability to work effectively with key stakeholders and departmental officers. graymorr’s directors and the experts that they can draw on, enjoy working with organisations to create an environment for success. that success comes from our broad understanding of the governance environment including planning, organisational structure, human resource management, workplace relationships and project management. our consultants have worked in both the business and the information technology space of client organisations to enhance their ability to deliver services.
